Album Releases for the Week 16th August 2010

This weeks albums released in the UK are,

Dave Rotheray – ‘The Life Of Birds’
David Gray – ‘The Foundling’
DJ Fresh – ‘Kryptonite’
The Hoosiers – ‘The Illusion Of Safety’
I Am Arrows – ‘Sun Comes Up Again’
Iron Maiden – ‘The Final Frontier’
Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan – ‘Hawk’
The Saturdays – ‘Headlines’

David Gray has a new one, not sure who this would now be targeted at. If you haven’t got White Ladder , I suggest that it is a compulsory purchase but stare clear of any future releases.
The Drummer from Razorlight releases his solo album under the name I Am Arrows he gets a surprisingly good review in The NME. The single is a free download on itunes this week, so you can get that and decide if your keen on the album.
Other releases are from Iron Maiden , whatever floats your boat, and The Saturdays.
Please if your planning on buying The Saturdays please stop reading my blog.
This week I am getting the Nationals album and will review it on the blog later in  the week
